Single Session Refund Policy
Authorized payments are final. We are not receiving any processing fees from customers. When customers complete the payment, we only receive the lesson fee except for Paypal’s transaction fee. You cannot get a cash refund once you pay for a lesson.
If you cancel a lesson or your tutor declines the lesson 24 hours before the lesson, you will receive a 100% refund. We will give you a one-off promo code only applied to your lesson.
Subscription Session Refund Policy
If you cancel a lesson or your tutor declines the lesson 24 hours before the lesson, you will receive a 100% refund to your WordsWare Subscription Sessions.
If your lesson is canceled by requesting a lesson issue after a scheduled lesson time, and the agreement has been reached, the lesson sessions will be transferred to your WordsWare subscription.
You should write the request form. Our team will add the number of sessions.
