You can reschedule the lesson for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After this time it is non-refundable. If you know that you cannot attend a lesson in advance, please try your best to reschedule (not cancel) your lesson at least 24 hours in advance. You can go to the ‘My booking’ page and request to ‘reschedule’.
